Have you ever had the urge to live stream your daily activities in front of your friends? Well, now you can. Not just on one medium, you can now go live on Instagram, Facebook and many other mediums. However, can you go live with your friend at the same time? Well, if your friend is sitting with you, yes. And if your friend isn’t with you, then I’m afraid not. Lucky for you, Instagram is trying to introduce a split live chat feature that allows two users to live stream at the same time.
It’s even easy to operate. All you have to do is click on the two face emojis at the bottom right of your screen. These emojis will be visible once you go live on Instagram. The feature has been tried and tested on Facebook live and will soon be part of Instagram live. After you click on the emojis, you will have the option to add any of your followers that wish to go live with you on your friend list. Now, THAT is fantastic. We are still unaware of how the tests rolled out on Facebook and why the company discontinued however it seems like Instagram thinks it’s the right move to go with.
All in all, we’ll soon see this company become one of the best at what it does due to the innovation its bringing to social media. However, we believe that several social media outlets will now try to copy the feature. Tell us what you think about this unique new feature and leave your feedback below in the comments section.
